About Us

Raymore United is a premier soccer club located in Raymore, Missouri.

 

Our teams are known for their competitive spirit and high level of play at a fraction of the cost of other clubs in the area.  Our average costs per player are approximately $650/ year for 10 months of soccer. 

 

We are dedicated to fostering a love for soccer within the community and providing the best training and resources for our players through our US Soccer Licensed Coaches.

Justin Hauser Soccer Coach

Justin Hauser is a US Soccer certified coach whose love for the game runs deep. With a background rooted in competitive play from a young age,  he brings invaluable experience and passion to the field. Justin is not only dedicated to nurturing their talents but also to instilling the values of teamwork and sportsmanship in all the players under their guidance.

Matt Sugar

Vice President / Coach

Matt Sugar is a dedicated soccer coach with a passion for nurturing young talent. With over 14 years of experience coaching ages U7 to U13, he holds his "E" soccer coaching license. Sugar has worked with various clubs, honing his skills in player development by fostering an environment rich in creativity and game management. His commitment to cultivating a love for the game while instilling discipline and teamwork sets him apart as a coach.

Rich Bartow

Coach

Rich Bartow has been coaching youth soccer for over 13 years.   During his soccer coaching career, Rich has earned his NFHS certification, as well as his level "E" soccer coaching license.  When Rich is not coaching youth soccer, he is the Head Boys Soccer coach for Summit Christian Academy.  Last season Rich helped coach the team to a runner-up finish in Missouri.  He uses his love of the game and passion for excellence to help even the youngest of athletes to achieve their individual goals.  

Jeff Hill

Jeff is a U.S. Soccer certified coach with over five years of experience developing youth players of various skill levels. A proud military veteran, Jeff brings discipline, teamwork, and a passion for excellence to every training session. Dedicated to fostering growth on and off the field, he  is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential.

Andrew Fletcher

Club Liaison | Head Coach – Ray Pec High School Soccer

Coach Fletcher serves as the head coach for both the boys' and girls' varsity soccer teams at Raymore-Peculiar High School. He joined the Ray-Pec coaching staff for the 2023–2024 school year, bringing with him over two decades of experience in high school soccer. Prior to his tenure at Ray-Pec, Coach Fletcher led programs at Fort Osage High School and Grandview High School.

 

Born in England and a lifelong Manchester City supporter, Fletcher moved to the United States in 1990. His early career in the U.S. included roles as a facility manager, coach, referee, and player for a local soccer organization. He has also been active in youth soccer development, serving on the Midwest Regional Championships Committee and as the State Youth Referee Administrator for Kansas.

 

In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Coach Fletcher is a teacher at Ray-Pec East Middle School. He also serves as the club liaison for Raymore United Soccer Club, helping to strengthen the connection between the high school and local youth soccer. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, two of whom have begun their own soccer journeys with the Sporting Sprites.
